Online Training Program
The online training program is conducted over the web. CRMnext
training experts provide basic administrative and user level
training to nominated representatives of interested customers. This
program is supported by our online tutorials. The tutorial explains
how to perform key tasks using both text and graphics. Access to
the tutorial is available throughout the application and users can
view answers while one is still working on the product. This is a
self-paced, convenient training tool.
Instructor Led Training Program
Companies take advantage of the instructor led training program
for in depth training on CRMnext. It is provided through
instructors to help users become adept in CRMnext usage, quickly
and effectively. Both administration and user trainings are
imparted in separate sessions to company nominated representatives.

training is an interactive program in which CRMnext
instructors demonstrate all aspects of CRM administration to 2 to 4
company nominated representatives. Demonstration is followed by
hands on exercises from real life implementation scenario. It helps

comprehensively.

training is also an interactive training program for
imparting in dept knowledge of CRMnext usage to company nominated
representatives. We provide an in depth knowledge of features and
functionalities along with hands on exercises to these
representatives to handle their tasks efficiently.
