This program is supported by our online tutorials. The tutorial explains how to perform key tasks using both text and graphics. Access to the tutorial is available through out the application and users can open and check answers while one is still working on the product. This is a self paced, convenient way of self-training tool.

Instructor Led Training Program

Companies take advantage of this instructor led training program for in depth training on CRMnext. It is provided through instructors to help the users become adept in CRMnext usage, quickly and effectively. Both administration and user trainings are imparted in separate sessions to company nominated representatives. This is a charged service.

• Administration training is an interactive program in which CRMnext instructors demonstrate all aspects of CRM administration to 2 to 4 company nominated representatives.
