CRMnext - CTI integration automatically opens customer details in CRMnext when ACD or IVR transfers call to the contact center agent leading to enhanced agent performance.

The CTI integration plug-in intercepts the call information when the call is transferred to the agent by ACD or IVR, and invokes required screen corresponding to the customer or the lead on the agent desktop.
