A day at CRMnext
Customer Success Manager (CSM)

CSM are CRM experts who work with the customer's to ensure that their CRMnext implementation is successful. They help customers make important
decisions, set-up right team models and offer suggestions to drive user adoption. When required, CSM help customers re-configure their CRMnext, to ensure alignment and
effectiveness. The thankless job is a free service provided to all CRMnext customers.
Campaign Manager
Campaign manager are smart people who generally like spider man (no pun indented). They are responsible for coming up with novel ideas that can generate leads
for our sales teams. At CRMnext, this is an honoree position. Here is an example of an outstanding campaign recommended by them. Wonder why we never advertise?
Sales Manager
Sales managers are nomads who walk the desert in search of oasis. They have no families (read: family life) and very real assets to rely on. The only worthwhile material possession they have is a camel (read: fancy car). Some have real weird taste in music and everyone has a blackberry.
